To manage and support agency client(s) and all digital account needs. Accomplish project objectives by managing all digital activities, planning, organizing production and client review schedules. Manage resource allocation for the development of all digital marketing deliverables.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manages the successful implementation & delivery of digital marketing projects including creative website development, functional enhancements, social integration, third-party integration, etc.
- Manages internal team and external agencies/vendors including strategic, creative and technical resources.
- Works with client & agencies to develop project requirements & deliverables.
- Works with analytics team to develop a measurement plan based on client goals & objectives.
- Develop project plan & timeline that reflects project milestones, work effort, dependencies and deliverables.
- Effectively manages client expectations per approved project scope & timeline.
- Oversight of all production and asset development
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years digital marketing experience, including project & account management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing environment (Digital media, Search, SEO, .com)
- eCommerce & digital retail marketing experience a huge plus. CE & CPG experience a plus.
- Solutions-oriented, takes the initiative to find solutions to issues as they arise.
- Clear communicator, ability to present to both client,vendor & internal teams.
- Ability to effectively keep things moving forward, manage & motivate the team, delegate tasks and manage work based on critical timing and dates. Can look ahead to understand & plan for resource needs.
- Strong understanding of what it takes to successfully deliver eCommerce/digital projects.
