Brian is a seasoned executive recruiter with decades of experience placing high profile senior executives in the advertising and marketing communications industry. Before founding altagii, Brian developed his foundation in executive search at MRI Network, the largest search & recruitment firm in the country. And since then, he has placed candidates in hundreds of positions ranging from Account Executive to C-level leadership.
Brian has a bachelors degree in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing from Marquette University and an MBA from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University.
Jim Kissel
Managing Partner
Jim began in the advertising industry in the Midwest and Southeast, servicing B2B and B2C clients such as Chevrolet. Jim was recruited to the client side by Royal Caribbean Cruise Line as Director of Marketing and, soon, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
In 1995 Jim opened Management Recruiters of the Northern Palm Beaches. His business experience provides results-based employment strategies for companies and candidates in Executive, Managerial, Sales and Technical positions.
As a trusted advisor to employers and a coach to candidates, Jim brings home customer-focused results.
