Group Account Director, Mobile Division – Englewood Cliffs, NJ

Job Purpose:

  • Core point of contact for top management team at Mobile Client division. He/she will become a right-hand to the decision making body, offering counseling on engagement/activation programs and business development alike.
  • Responsible for leading projects across all disciplines including ATL, BTL, digital & strategy

Responsibilities:

  • Become a marketing-arm extension to the Mobile division
  • Insure inter-agency integration and collaboration (via Client’s IAT structure)
  • Decipher analytics reporting and build strong recommendations for how to interpret reports into meaningful guides/programs to expand the Mobile business footprint.
  • Steward all business process as the key source of control/contact. Manage relationships, not just at Agency, but across all agency teams, and most importantly at the senior Client level at the Mobile Division
  • Find efficiencies across various work streams and proactively suggest the solutions.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Advertising or related field.
  • Demonstration of skill sets within Digital, ATL, Strategy, BTL
  • Graduate degree preferred but not required.
  • 15-years of account management experience in top advertising agencies.
  • Ability to lead projects from concept development to completion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong leadership to get the project done in time.
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
  • Travel more than 30% a year.
