- Manages a team lead by an Associate Media Director that includes Supervisors, Planners and Jr. Planners
- Strong skills as a manager with ability to mentor, coach, and support
- Serves as an expert on digital marketing and buying practices and thought leader on emerging practices
- Experience with creative development or web publishing technologies a big plus
- As a Digital marketing and buying expert will provide a bridge between Sr. Management and planning team to apply and bring life insight on pricing trends, research, client and vendor relationships and process
- Transfers knowledge, best practices, and agency vision for buying approaches, analytics and tracking, day-to-day operational management, digital channel allocation, emerging opportunities and new partnerships
- Guides development of category expertise
- Experience with developing creative media solutions and clever negotiations
- Consistently bring new media and technology ideas to team for application/brainstorming
- Great at developing external relationships to get the most out of partnerships
- Optimize resource management and help smooth operational processes
- Act as a mentor and providing conduits for professional growth among the team
- Recognize and develop individual growth

Requirements:
- BA/BS from accredited school required
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Digital
- Minimum of 7+ years overall work experience in related position or Digital Planning role
