We are currently looking for a talented Account Supervisor to join an independent ad agency that specializes in working with global pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in the development of advertising and promotional recommendation to achieve brand sales objectives
- Participates in the promotional planning process and manages daily execution of approved promotional plans
- Assumes lead role in the presentation of agency work at the brand level
- Manages agency brand team to perform at most effective and responsive level
- Manages financial control of brand budget by weekly monitoring and regular reconciliation
- Manages growth and development of Account and/or Assistant Account Executive as appropriate
- Designs and implements account management structure to meet client and agency needs
- Maintains client contact on a daily basis with brand managers and has an understanding of client culture and structure
- Regularly contributes tactical thinking and project management to the new business process
A.S.K. (Ability/Skills/Knowledge):
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, advertising and/or sales
- Strong presentation and selling skills
- Aptitude for financial accountability
- Capable of leading team to achieve common goals
- Able to conceptualize, analyze, and conclude to appropriate creative recommendations
- Digital project management skills
